Methods of Payment

We accept cash, check, and VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards.

Payment for services is due at the time of your visit.

Co-pays are due at check-in.

Cancellation Fees

Should you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Failure to call and cancel your appointment will result in a missed appointment fee:

• $25.00 fee will be charged for all missed Brief appointments
• $75.00 fee will be charged for all missed Consultation and Physical appointments

Our Billing Department is available to assist you and answer any of your questions, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
