Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm,
Saturdays 8:30 am to 3:00 pm.

After hours care is available by phone for emergent issues.

Please use our Patient Portal for quick and easy access to your medical records. You can also call 914-683-0443 and speak with one of our representatives to request your medical records.

For lab and/or test results

Please use our Patient Portal for quick and easy access to your test results. You can also call 914-289-0343 and select option 2 to leave a message. Your call will be returned within 48 hours.

For prescription renewals

Please use our Patient Portal to request a prescription refill from pre-populated list of currently refillable prescriptions. Otherwise, please call your pharmacy and have them contact us for renewal.
