Be Well Health Care Network

We are proud to present the Maple Medical™ Be Well Health Care Network

A new and innovative approach to healthcare delivery and financing.

All of your primary care for $65/month*

Why did we do this?

Be Well

American Medicine Stands at a Crossroads:

  • Patients and employees are being shuffled from one managed care plan to another
  • Care is often denied, laden with excessive bureaucracy, increased paperwork and levels of “approval”
  • HMO’s aren’t the panacea they were envisioned to be
  • Rates have increased proportionately, necessitating shifting of costs to out-of-pocket expenditures for both employer and employee, making the “whole package” economically unfeasible
  • We have now entered a phase where the norm is a regular change in carriers and levels of benefits, creating chaos in the marketplace

Maple Medical™ Be Well Health Care Network Costs $65/month*

This is Direct Primary Care - Not Insurance

What is Direct Primary Care?

Direct Primary Care is a new type of healthcare delivery system which involves a direct payment between the healthcare provider and the patient in return for a “basket” of services. Those services in the Maple Medical™ Be Well Network include physicals, follow-ups, basic imaging studies, basic lab studies, as well as cardiac echo, stress testing, ultrasound and bone density. In New York State, we are required to charge a $35 fee for a sick visit.

Why choose Direct Primary Care?

Direct Primary Care is an affordable alternative in today’s tumultuous times, which will provide you with the opportunity to get most of your primary care needs serviced in one practice. This includes chronic care management for hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, heart disease and lung disease, all of which contribute significantly to morbidity and mortality in healthcare. Our emphasis is on early detection and treatment of disease.
